Our piece of paradise, Ithilien at Woodstock on the banks of the Motueka River, is an ideal place for a great holiday in a magnificent corner of New Zealand.

We offer self-contained accommodation in peaceful rural surroundings; the opportunity for outdoor adventure such as walking in the mountains or kayaking in crystal clear coastal waters; a chance to discover the many local arts, crafts, vineyards and beaches and, last but not least, wonderful trout fishing right on our doorstep. It is also a great place for just sitting, taking in the stunning views (famous for their appearance in the movie the "Lord of the Rings") and leaving the rest of the world behind.
